  • 3 cup Flour
  • 1 cup White sugar
  • 4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 Extra large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Butter
  • cinnamon topping
  • 1/2 cup Soft butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • glaze
  • 1 1/2 cup Icing sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Fresh cream

How to Make Cinnamon (Cinnabon) Cake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Cinnamon (Cinnabon) Cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 180 Celsius. For the cake sift the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl beat the wet ingredients. Melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients along with the wet ingredients. Mix well with a spoon. Pour into large prepared bowl. Set aside while you mix the topping
  • Step 2
  • For the topping beat the butter, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla well in processor or with electric beater. Add flour.
  • Step 3
  • Drop spoonfuls into batter and then using a knife drag it through.
  • Step 4
  • Bake at 180 for about 45 minutes. Test with cake tester
  • Step 5
  • Allow to cool slightly
  • Step 6
  • Mix the glaze using just enough cream to a thick pourable glaze. Dibble over the cake. Set aside for a few minutes to set. Can be served warm or cold.
