  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Pear, rough cut
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cool Whip
  • Cinnamon, dusting top

  • Grease 9' round baking pan
  • Step 2
  • In mixer with paddle attachment cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy.

  • Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition and stir in vanilla

  • In large bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and add to mixture alternating with the milk, beat until combined.

  • Gently fold in 1/3 of pears.

  • Step 7
  • Let cool completely, top with cool whip and dust with cinnamon.
