  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted, melted butter
  • Cinnamon Filling
  • 2 stick unsalted butter, room temp
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Glaze
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to Make Cinnamon Roll Cake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Cinnamon Roll Cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. spray 9x13 baking pan with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
  • In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, eggs,vanilla & milk. Just until combined. Once mixed, slowly add in melted butter, mix until combined. *Spread cake batter in baking pan.*
  • Step 3
  • In a medium bowl, mix all of your ingredients for the filling together until smooth: brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and flour. *Drop cinnamon filling a tablespoon at a time onto cake batter*
  • Step 4
  • Then you're going to take a butter knife and swirl the cinnamon filling into the cake.. Like a marble design.
  • Step 5
  • Bake your cake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. While cake is baking, prepare the glaze. Mix you powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together til smooth.
  • Step 6
  • Allow cake to cool for 15 minutes. Then pour glaze over slightly warm cake and serve.
