  • 1 packages Pizza dough for 1large pizza (from local pizzeria or homemade)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp Milk

How to Make Cinnamon Rolls

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Cinnamon Rolls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Roll out pizza dough into a rectangular form
  • Step 2
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and paste the butter on the dough facing you.
  • Step 3
  • Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon generously
  • Step 4
  • Roll the dough downwards being sure to tuck the dough as you roll
  • Step 5
  • Continue until you reach the edge of the dough and pinch this end to the roll
  • Step 6
  • Now cut the roll into equal portions
  • Step 7
  • Face each piece with the swirl facing up
  • Step 8
  • Leave another half hour to an hour to rise again.
  • Step 9
  • Then bake at 350*C until golden brown and fluffy
  • Step 10
  • While the rolls are baking, prepare the icing. To do this, mix the room temperature butter until light in color. Then, add the icing sugar and milk. Beat in the vanilla essence and refrigerate. When the rolls are finished baking, drizzle the icing over the rolls.
