  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 cup Raw Pecans

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper. If tin foil, spray a bit of Pam and wipe off excess. Set aside.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together egg white and 1 tablespoon water until frothy, about 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • Step 3
  • In medium bowl, combine sugars and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Step 4
  • In large bowl, combine pecans and egg white mixture until well combined. Stir in brown sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  • Step 5
  • Spread pecan mixture onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Place into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring nuts halfway.
  • Step 6
  • Let cool completely before serving.
