  • 1 side of salmon; deboned
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp ground oregano
  • 1 tsp ground thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 orange zest to garnish

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Citrus Cajun Salmon in your home by yourself.

  • Place salmon in saute pan or roasting pan with skin side down (skinless works).
