Ingredients: CJ's "Thumbs up" Meatloaf

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 tbsp steak seasoning (I used Montreal)
  • 1/2 tbsp minced dried onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup ( to mix in )
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup (for top) may need more

How to Make CJ's "Thumbs up" Meatloaf

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make CJ's "Thumbs up" Meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • Put ground beef, spices, and crushed crackers in a bowl.
  • Step 3
  • Next, beat the egg and add it to bowl.
  • Step 4
  • Finally, mix the worcestershire sauce in with the ketchup and then put it all in the bowl.
  • Step 5
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well mixed but don't over mix it.
  • Step 6
  • Form into loaf and put in loaf pan or meatloaf pan. Not sure it would be big enough for an 8x8 pan. Bake for 30 minutes and then take out to add ketchup on top. (This is just ketchup out of the bottle. No Worcestershire.) Bake for another 25 to 30 minutes...or until cooked all the way through.
  • Step 7
  • Let cool for 10 minutes.
