  • 1 lb razor clams
  • 2 large stalks celery
  • 8 cup of cauliflower chopped
  • 1 cup petite baby carrots
  • 28 oz coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp thyme oil, see attached recipe
  • 1/4 lb bacon
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large onions

How to Make Clam chowder

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Clam chowder in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Clean and steam the clams remove from shells.
  • Step 2
  • Chop the onions, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and bacon sauté them in thyme oil and half of butter. Till bacon is done. Drain excessive oil.
  • Step 3
  • Add coconut milk to the onion mixture. Add the rest of ingredients
  • Step 4
  • Simmer and stir occasionally. Let thicken. Serve hope you enjoy!
