  • 1 can 8 oz. Tomato sauce
  • 32 oz Part skim Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cup shredded Motzzarerlla
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (or a mix)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp each, salt, pepper
  • 1 large jar Spaghetti Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make CLASSIC Stuffed Shells in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Spread Tomato sauce in large baking dish,or 2 smaller pans. This makes 35 shells.
  • Step 2
  • Microwave a large bowl of water till boiling.

  • Add raw shells and microwave 12 minutes.

  • Drain shells & rinse in cold water. Set aside.
  • Step 5
  • In same bowl mix rest of ingredients except sauce. Mix WELL.
  • Step 6
  • Using a spoon stuff shells with cheese mixture (about 2 Tbls.) each.
  • Step 7
  • Place in sauced pan. Repeat.
  • Step 8
  • Sprinkle with Spagetti Sauce.
  • Step 9
  • Bake 350° for 40 mins. Until hot and bubbly.
  • Step 10
  • Let cool 15 min. Serve with garlic bread.
