  • 2 tsp Mizuame
  • 46 grams Clotted cream
  • 1 Vanilla oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Clotted Cream Fudge in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add all the ingredients except for the vanilla oil into a small pot, and simmer over low heat while mixing.
  • Step 2
  • Test the mixture by dropping it into cold water, if it doesn't get dissolved in the water, it's a soft caramel. If you can roll it into a ball between your fingers it's a fudge.
  • Step 3
  • Add the vanilla oil, and mix. Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper, optionally sprinkle with salt, and let it cool down.
  • Step 4
  • Let it chill for about 1 hour in the fridge and cut into smaller pieces. It contains 554 kcal total. If you wrap up each piece you can freeze them.
