  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup softened butter

  • 1 egg

  • sift together flour, salt and cocoa powder.
  • Step 2
  • in a seperate bowl cream together butter and sugar.
  • Step 3
  • beat in egg.
  • Step 4
  • add dry mix to wet mix and stir until well blended.

  • gather dough and wrap in wax paper and refridgerate for 1 hour.
  • Step 6
  • preheat oven to 375
  • Step 7
  • take off small section of refridgerated dough and roll into small balls. and place onto greased cookie sheet.
  • Step 8
  • place cookies in oven for 30 seconds to 1 minute then remove.
  • Step 9
  • sprinkle various color sprinkles onto cookies. and place back into the oven.
  • Step 10
  • bake for about 10 min. or until lightly browned.
  • Step 11
  • remove and let cool completely.
  • Step 12
  • serve!
