  • 2 t paprika
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 red onion; minced
  • 1 tamarind Jumex
  • 2 limes; zested and juiced
  • 2 cans diced green chiles

  • Heat cold ground beef in a large sauce pot. Season.
