Ingredients: Coconut Mousse

  • 1 can coconut milk (400 ml)
  • 1 can condensed milk (300 ml)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp unflavoured gelatine

How to Make Coconut Mousse

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Coconut Mousse in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pour the coconut milk, condensed milk and vanilla extract into a large bowl. Combine together well until smooth.
  • Step 2
  • Dissolve completely the gelatin in the hot water.
  • Step 3
  • Gradually pour the water into the cream mixture and mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Pour the mixture either into individual small cups or into a shallow container.
  • Step 5
  • Transfer to the fridge and chill intil the mousse has set.
  • Step 6
  • Decorate with your chosen topping. I simply added sprinkled powdered sugar on the mousse.
