  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp vegetable oil

  • Mash the banana in a bowl
  • Step 2
  • Add coconut milk powder and the egg
  • Step 3
  • Mash/whisk until pretty much lump free

  • Cook on the other side for a minute
  • Step 9
  • Make the rest of the pancakes if necessary.
  • Step 10
  • Serve with yogurt, and fruit, if desired.
