  • 2 cup chicken stock

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp palm sugar
  • Dressing
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 red chilli sliced
  • 1 roast cashews to top
