Ingredients: Coconut Poke Cake

  • 1 (18.25 oz.) package white cake mix (I used a Funfetti cake mix)
  • 1 (14 oz) can cream of coconut (you can find this in with mixed drinks . I got mine at walmart)
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (16 oz) container frozen whipped topping - thawed
  • 1 (8 oz) bag flaked coconut

How to Make Coconut Poke Cake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Coconut Poke Cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions .Remove cake from oven when it is done. While cake is still hot . Poke holes all over the top of cake using a fork.
  • Step 2
  • Mix cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk together. Pour over top of still hot cake.
  • Step 3
  • Let cake cool completely. Then frost with topping and top with flaked coconut. Keep cake refrigerated.
