  • 35 g Egg White
  • 55 g Sugar
  • 15 g Flour
  • 110 g Shredded Coconut
  • 10 g Melted Butter

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Step 2
  • Sift the flour and set aside until use
  • Step 3
  • Add the sugar to the egg white and mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Add the coconut and flour to the egg white mixture and mix well.

  • Microwave the butter until melted and add to the mixture. Keep it in the fridge until solidified (approx 30 min).
