  • 250 ml olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 piece salted cod
  • good amount of coriander
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • plain flour

    Step 1
  • 24 hours before place the cod in a bowl of cold water, change 3-4 times during this time.
