  • 2 pieces Cod
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 Cake flour
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp White wine (or sake)
  • 4 tbsp Ponzu
  • 2 tbsp Butter or margarine
  • 1 to garnish Green onions (thinly sliced)

    Step 1
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on the cod. Dust with cake flour and shake to remove the excess.
