  • 1/2 Paprika ( as you like )
  • 1 egg Beaten egg

  • 200 ml Dashi stock
  • Flavoring ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Usukuchi soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • Other
  • 1 as required Ginger
  • 1 as required Thin green onions or scallions
  • 1 as required Bonito flakes

  • Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces and remove any bones.
