  • 1 tbsp water and 2 teaspoons katakuriko Katakuriko slurry
  • 1 if mochi: 2 to 3, if dango made from shiratama powder: 10 Mochi, shiratama dango, okara dango, etc.
  • 2 to 4 Walnuts (optional)
  • 1 Cinnamon (optional)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Coffee & Kinako in Hot Milk Zenzai in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Toast the mochi in a toaster oven, or prepare the dango and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • In a small pan, combine the ◎ ingredients and cook on a low or low-medium heat, continuously stirring while heating. Thicken with the dissolved katakuriko.
