  • 50 ml Heavy cream
  • 20 grams Sugar
  • Toppings:
  • 1 Chocolate syrup (store-bought)
  • 1 Cornflakes

How to Make Cold Dessert Chocolate Bavarois

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Cold Dessert Chocolate Bavarois in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add the heavy cream into a bowl, and whip until it becomes thick. (Add the sugar and whip during Step 6.)
  • Step 2
  • Add the milk, crushed chocolate, and gelatin into a pot, and bring to a boil while mixing.
