  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract

  • Alternately add flour and heavy cream to batter. Beginning and ending with flour.

  • Spray a bunt pan with non stick baking spray. Add your batter to pan.
  • Step 8
  • Place in oven and set oven temperature to 325. Baking for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Step 9
  • let cool on a wire rack for 10 to 20 minutes. Then turn out on to plate.
  • Step 10
  • note : if using salted butter omit salt. This is a good all purpose pound. Good just as it is or with sweetened strawberries . Or good with a glaze.
