  • 50 grams Butter
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 1 Egg

  • 50 ml Milk
  • 100 grams Cake flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

How to Make Condensed Milk Muffins

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Condensed Milk Muffins in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Bring the butter, egg, condensed milk and milk to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift.
  • Step 2
  • Mix the butter in a bowl. Add sugar, condensed milk, beaten egg and milk in that order, mixing with each addition. Use a double boiler if you are having trouble mixing it.
  • Step 3
  • Add the sifted dry ingredients and cut in until the batter is no longer floury.
  • Step 4
  • Pour into the moulds and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180ºC.
  • Step 5
  • It's done.
