  • 2 tbsp chopped celery

  • 3/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 8 hot dog buns, split

How to Make Coney Island Sauce

  • In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
