  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn bread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can whole cornel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese (I use Mexican cheese)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Corn Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Corn Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2
  • Melt butter in microwave. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 3
  • Spray Pam on 9x13 baking pan.
  • Step 4
  • Pour mixture into baking pan and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
  • Step 5
  • Cool for 10 min. Then cut into squares and enjoy!
