  • 1 can Whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can Cream style corn, undrained
  • 2 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 6 oz Sour cream
  • 1 Salt & White Pepper, to taste
  • 1 oz Milk, if mixture seems too dry (but does not need to be over wet)

How to Make Corn Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Corn Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Spray a 9x9 glass dish with Pam & pour in corn mixture.
  • Step 3
  • Bake in a 325°F oven for 40 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • You man need to tent with foil 1/2 - 3/4 way through baking to prevent the top from getting too dark.
  • Step 5
  • Let rest for 5 min before serving.
