  • 2 clove garlic; minced
  • 1 leek; small dice
  • 1 shallot; minced
  • 1 stalk celery; small dice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp lemongrass paste
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 pinch salt and ground white pepper
