  • 1/2 cup tomato's (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp grace's hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp grace's caribbean traditions cock spicy chicken seasoning
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

How to Make Corned beef & cabbage

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Corned beef & cabbage in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Fry the cabbage+spinach+red peppers+onions+garlic+tomato+parsley in the olive oil for 5 minutes on medium high heat
  • Step 2
  • Add the water and cook untill the cabbage softens and 90 % of the water evaporates
  • Step 3
  • Add the ketchup and hot sauce and seasoning and continue to cook for additional 5 minutes when done serve over white rice
