  • 1 pinch salt
  • Cornmeal Muffin
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup grated Cheddar

How to Make Cornmeal Muffins with Crab Stuffing

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Cornmeal Muffins with Crab Stuffing in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 190C. Lightly grease 12-cup muffin pan
  • Step 2
  • Combine crab meat, cheese, mayonnaise, Worchestershire sauce and parsley in a small bowl. Season with pinch of salt. Cover and refrigerate for later use

  • Mix the dry ingredients. Stir in eggs, buttermilk, butter; whisk until combined

  • Bake till golden brown, for 25minutes
