  • 400 grams cottage cheese
  • 300 grams spinach
  • 5 eggs
  • 180 grams flour self raising
  • 40 grams butter
  • 1 dill
  • 1 spring onions

How to Make Cottage cheese and spinach pie

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Cottage cheese and spinach pie in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Beat ONE egg with softened butter with mixer, add flour and mix untill it falls into crumbles. Put more flour if there are no crumbles.
  • Step 2
  • Pour the crumbles onto the greased pan. Pat the crumbles slightly so they are not falling everywhere. Then put spinach over it. I used frozen spinach, poured boiling water over them to soften first then soaked the water.
  • Step 3
  • I blended cottage cheese with FOUR eggs, dill and spring onions in a food processor and poured the mix over spinach, smooth the surface with a spoon and bake in the oven for 30-40 min.
  • Step 4
  • Serve with fromage frache, Greek or Turkish yogurt.
