  • 1 each Red Bell Pepper (diced in 1 inch cube)
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp carrom seeds
  • 1 tsp dried oregano/ mixed herbs
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • 4 slice Brown bread
  • salt
