  • 2 cup Ditalini pasta,small macaroni, cooked
  • 2 tbsp Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup Green onion. Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise. I use light mayo
  • 4 cup Romain lettuce
  • 1 cup Peas. I use frozen
  • 1 cup Cauliflower. Chopped
  • 1 cup Broccoli. Chopped
  • 1 large Red pepper. Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cheese, shredded
  • 6 each Strips of cooked bacon, cooked and crumbled

How to Make Cottie's layered salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Cottie's layered salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix mayo. Lemon juice., sugar and garlic
  • Step 2
  • Mix pasta, 1/2 green onions, italian dressing
  • Step 3
  • Layer romain, pasta mix, peas, cauliflower, broccoli, red pepper
  • Step 4
  • Cover in mayo mixture to seal
  • Step 5
  • Top with bacon and cheese
  • Step 6
  • Refrigerate for a while. Like 2 hours
  • Step 7
  • Mix before serving
  • Step 8
  • Still good the next day
