  • Boiling water

  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed, sliced thinly *
  • 4 champignon mushrooms, sliced thinly *

How to Make Couscous with Vegetables

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Couscous with Vegetables in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Using low heat, stir-fry the * ingredients in 1 tsp of oil for about 1 - 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Pour boiling water little by little to the couscous. Stir. After a while, you'll notice the couscous will resemble rice. Continue adding water until you think the couscous has absorbed it to the maximum.
  • Step 3
  • Add the stir-fry, mix well. Add the remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
