  • 1 medium zuchinni peeled and sliced
  • 1 small can of sliced black olives drained and rinsed
  • 1 small can of mushrooms diced and drained
  • 3 roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1 lb sausage cooked
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cup italian cheese and mozzarella cheese mixture
  • 1 pizza crust or one you can make

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 12 steps you must follow to make cowboy pizza in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • peel and slice zuchini
  • Step 3
  • take the 3 tomatoes and take seeds out and dice up
  • Step 4
  • place in a double boiler and steam the tomatoes and zuchini till soft
  • Step 5
  • dice mushrooms and olives up
  • Step 6
  • add to a bowl all of vegetables
  • Step 7
  • cook sausage on low till done and drain and place in bowl
  • Step 8
  • take pizza crust and add sauce spread to edges
  • Step 9
  • i drain my veggies again and add to top of crust and spread out
  • Step 10
  • now add sausage and layer on top of pizza
  • Step 11
  • add cheese to top of pizza and bake for about 20 minutes
  • Step 12
  • let sit for about five min and serve and enjoy
