  • 10 pitted prunes
  • 3/4 cup Chamomile tea ( I used two tea bags for a stronger flavor)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 cup Greek Honey Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Goat milk (healthy & nutritious you can use whatever milk you like)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Cozy Chamomile Smoothie in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put the prunes in a heatproof bowl and pour over the hot tea. Leave to stand for 30 minutes or until the tea is cold.
  • Step 2
  • Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.
  • Step 3
  • Cut the peel and pith away from the orange and divide into segments.
  • Step 4
  • Tip the prunes and tea into a blender, add the banana and orange and blend until smooth.
  • Step 5
  • Add the yogurt and milk and blend again until combined.
  • Step 6
  • Pour into glasses.
