  • 1/4 cup capsicum
  • 1/4 cup carrot
  • 2 cup Crab meat
  • 1 salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 ml 800 carb stock
  • 1 cup garlic chopped
  • 1/4 garlic
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 black pepper
  • 2 egg beat with pepper & salt

How to Make Crab and Egg Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Crab and Egg Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add oil and once heated add onion, carrot ,ginger & garlic.Cook till the carrot gets soft.
  • Step 2
  • Now add capsicum ,corn and half cup water to cook d corn.
  • Step 3
  • Once the corn and capsicum add soy sauce.
  • Step 4
  • Now add the crab stock and bring to boil.
  • Step 5
  • Mix the corn starch to equal portion water and add to the boiling soup.Once you get a thick consistency add the carb meat.
  • Step 6
  • Now once the soup is ready add the egg to the boiling soup to get the thread strips.Add salt to taste.
