Ingredients: Crab Cakes

  • 1 envelope blue star lump crab meat
  • 3 stalk green onion
  • 2 tbsp panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp italian bread crumbs
  • dash dried dill
  • pinch salt & pepper
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp regular mayo
  • yellow mustard
  • lemon juice

How to Make Crab Cakes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Crab Cakes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix everything but the crab together. Mix well. Taste to see if additional seasoning is needed.
  • Step 2
  • Add the crab last. Mix well but try not to break up the crab.
  • Step 3
  • Form 4 crab patty's. It will be more wet than dry.
  • Step 4
  • Put in a preheated skillet. Bake for about 10 minutes than flip.
  • Step 5
  • Garnish with lemon aioli & additional green onions.
  • Step 6
  • Lemon aioli: mayo, lemon juice & EVOO. Equal parts mayo & EVOO. Add lemon juice to taste & season with salt & pepper.
