  • 3/4 cup fat free half and half
  • 1 can drained 6 oz. can crabmeat
  • 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning

  • When done sprinkle a dash of fresh grated parmesan cheese on top and add a splash of paprika for color.

  • Let cool in the pan on a cooling rack for 15 minutes before removing.
