  • put any filling of your choice with mascapone cheese and spring onion mix well

  • apply egg white at 4 corners of wan ton skin and fill up 2tsp of filling

  • bring oil to a almost smoky then turn down the medium heat and put wrap rangoon in oil and deep fry till lightly brown and crispy then drain
