  • 3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 packages Wonton Wraps
  • 2 oz water to close wonton wraps
  • 2 packages Cream Cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Crab Rangoon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat Oil to 350
  • Step 2
  • Mix cream cheese until smooth
  • Step 3
  • add garlic, ginger, green onions, crab and mix gently.
  • Step 4
  • Place a teaspoon of the mixture on wonton wrap and seal one side with water and close.
  • Step 5
  • Do not stack on each other place separately on a flour dusted pan.
  • Step 6
  • Place about 4-5 in hot oil til lightly brown, drain on paper towels.
  • Step 7
  • A great sauce for dipping is sweet n sour sauce.
