  • 8 oz fresh crab meat thoroughly picked
  • 1 bunch fresh scallions
  • 1 can croissant rolls
  • 4 medium mushrooms
  • 5 dash old bay seasoning

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 350° F
  • Step 2
  • dice scallions and mushrooms
  • Step 3
  • Combine mushrooms, scallions and cream cheese. Stir mixture.
  • Step 4
  • Stir crab meat in in to cream cheese combination. Season with old bay.
  • Step 5
  • open and unroll croissant. in the largest portion of the triangle add one dollop of cream cheese/crabmeat mixture
  • Step 6
  • roll the croissant until the dough has completely covered mixture.
  • Step 7
  • place on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Step 8
  • baked at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
