  • 2 c lump white crabmeat, fresh or canned (drained, if canned)
  • 2 tbsp minced celery
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1/3 c mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 large Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and light green part only)
  • 2 ripe avocados, halved, peeled, pitted and sliced

How to Make Crabmeat and Avocado Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Crabmeat and Avocado Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place the crab, celery and chives in a bowl, and toss lightly to combine. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and combine well.
