  • 1 lb ground beef
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 green onions
  • 14 oz coleslaw mix
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp spinach sauce
  • 1 splenda quick pack
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste (or fresh minced ginger or ground ginger)
  • 1 tsp vinegar

How to Make Crack slaw (low carb)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Crack slaw (low carb) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Heat up sesame oil and sauté garlic, onions, and slaw in sesame oil until cabbage cooked to desired tenderness. Stir in the soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, Splenda, ginger and vinegar.
  • Step 3
  • Add back in hamburger. Mix well and serve! Serve with additional Sriracha sauce on the side for people who want to add spice.
