  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • topping
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oats

How to Make Cranberry bars

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Cranberry bars in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat over to 375. Spray 9x13" pan with non stick cooking spray.
  • Step 2
  • For the base: cream together 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar. Add flour and 2 1/2 cup oats, then press into prepared pan.
  • Step 3
  • Spread with cranberry sauce.
  • Step 4
  • For topping: melt 1/4 cup butter in small bowl. Add walnuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup oats. Sprinkle over cranberry sauce.
  • Step 5
  • Bake 25 minutes or until golden.
