  • 1 clove peeled garlic
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts or strips
  • 2 tsp shaved almonds
  • Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Dried Cranberries for garnish

  • place ingredients minus chicken in food processor and pulse.

  • Place in Oven for 20 to 45 minutes depending on size of chicken.
  • Step 8
  • Garnish with Almond slivers and dried cranberries and serve.
