  • 60 grams butter
  • 2 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cranberry

    Step 1
  • Dissolve yeast into water, and melt the butter.
  • Step 2
  • Put flour, sugar and salt into a bowl. Then add yeast water in and stir a little bit.

  • Stir till dough.
  • Step 5
  • Move out the dough to a table with slightly sprayed flour. Separately add in cranberry and knead.

  • Take out the dough and cut into 8 pieces.

  • Flatten each dough and fold twice. Pinch the edge down and make the surface neat.

  • Preheat the oven to 190 C
  • Step 10
  • Spray some flour on the dough and rest the dough for 10 minutes.
  • Step 11
  • Bake 20 minutes.
