  • 2 lb yellow crooknecked squash
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • cream cheese mixture
  • 8 cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chives in oil
  • 1 large egg
  • topping
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

    Step 1
  • Slice the squash and chop the onions
  • Step 2
  • Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit

  • In a deep pie pan add the ground beef mixture till bottom is covered. Add a layer of cream cheese mixture.
  • Step 8
  • Add the squash onion mixture on top of cream cheese mixture. Add the rest of beef and cover with shredded cheddar cheese. .
  • Step 9
