  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 envelope Taco Seasoning
  • 1 envelope Dry Ranch Mix
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 3/4 cup Water

How to Make Cream Cheese Taco Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Cream Cheese Taco Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Brown ground beef and season as desired. I use onion and garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes and salt. Then drain.
  • Step 2
  • Add kidney beans, corn, rotel and tomatoes along with water to the pot containing the ground beef. Mix well.
  • Step 3
  • Add taco seasoning and ranch mix. Mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Bring to a strong rolling boil and add cream cheese in chunks to the pot.
  • Step 5
  • Boil and mix continuously until cream cheese is completely melted
  • Step 6
  • Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!!!
