  • Melt butter,add boiling water,sift flour and salt and add to liquid off the heat.

  • Step 6
  • When cooked,cool on wire tray,pull any uncooked dough from centre and fill with whipped cream,sweetened with icing sugar and vanilla,

  • Sprinkle with icing sugar or ice with chocolate icing.
